Caring for Orphans in Port-au-Prince, Haiti
"Look after orphans and widows in their distress..." --James 1:27
According to the United Nations, Haiti has more than 300 orphanages.
We believe in caring for orphans and rescuing children from sexual predators and slave traders. One little girl that we rescued was sleeping in a cemetery at night to avoid being sexually abused.
We are rescuing rejected, abandoned and malnourished children from the streets of Haiti. Will you help us care for these orphans? One such orphanage is the AFCA Home for Children in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. This orphanage is home to 20 precious little girls who are growing into wonderful young ladies. They attend church and are being educated at a Christian school. We are in a position to rescue many more children. With your help we can give these children hope and a better chance at life.
